Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Goods are delivered worldwide.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Deliveries within Germany:
We charge a flat shipping fee of €0.00 per order.
International deliveries:
We calculate international shipping costs based on the order value (gross merchandise value):
Delivery times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 3 - 5 days, and for international deliveries within 11-20 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
